No Refund Policy
All registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
By registering for the tournament, you acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will refunds be issued, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after registration
- Scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies
- Team or player withdrawal for any reason
- Disqualification or removal from the tournament
- Cancellation or rescheduling of matches due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
All collected fees go toward planning, organizing, and securing facilities and services for the tournament, and therefore cannot be returned once payment is made.
